What we collect

When you request an estimate we store your name, email, phone number, preferred timing, notes and calculator choices. We use these only to prepare your estimate and contact you about your enquiry (by email, phone or WhatsApp). We do not sell this information.

We also save the page address where you submit your request, including campaign labels, and include it in our team's lead notification email to identify the enquiry source. Advertising click identifiers are retained only when your advertising choices and region permit measurement. This address is not added to our Google conversion events.

Cookies we use

• Essential: remembers your cookie choice. Always on.
• Advertising measurement (Google Ads): tells us when someone who clicked one of our Google ads submits a quote request. Only the fact that a request happened is reported — never your procedures, health details, name, email or phone number. Recipient: Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd.

Visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked first; advertising cookies stay off until you accept. In other regions (including the US) they are on by default, and you can opt out at any time. We honor Global Privacy Control browser signals as an opt-out.

Your choices

You can accept, reject or withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing stops measurement immediately. US residents can use this to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for advertising.
